Overview
At Compile, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy for most products.
Return Policy
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. You can reach us by email (info@compile.com.pk) or phone (+92-314-222-9081), and we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with your return.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as when it was delivered. Kindly make a video of the parcel opening, without which no claims should be entertained. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product to us unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product.
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy requirements. If approved, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product, minus any shipping or handling fees.
Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. Exceptions
Our 7-day return and exchange policy does not apply to the following products:
- Customized or personalized products
- Gift cards
These products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged.
A few more things to keep in mind
After the inspection, you should be entitled to a full refund by Compile which shall be processed and executed within 7 to 10 working days.
